Senior Commercial & M&A Counsel | Remote Lead Negotiator

A leading global automotive and manufacturing company is seeking a senior Commercial & M&A Counsel. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience, a JD degree, and must be capable of managing complex commercial transactions and M&A activities independently. Responsibilities include leading contract negotiations, providing legal advice, and collaborating with various stakeholders. This remote role offers flexibility and requires strong negotiation skills, especially supporting global transactions while aligning with business demands.
