YMCA of the USA
The YMCA of Yonkers is seeking a Live-In Superintendent to oversee facility operations, maintenance, safety systems, and building services for its six-story facility, including a 75-unit SRO residence. This position resides in an on-site YMCA housing unit provided rent-free and is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and fully functional environment for residents, members, staff, and guests.
