Role Description We’re looking for a ferocious self-starter to join our fast-growing creative studio and work directly with our founders, clients, and talented creative team. As our full-time Account Manager, you’ll lead relationships across a portfolio of brand accounts — acting as the strategic partner, day-to-day client lead, and internal quarterback across creative and production initiatives. You’ll oversee client relationships and projects from kickoff to delivery, ensure communication stays tight across teams, and identify opportunities to grow and strengthen client partnerships. This person will oversee a select group of accounts, including a couple of large, strategic relationships that require thoughtful day-to-day oversight, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving. You’ll help bring to life branding and design initiatives, commercials, digital marketing campaigns, branded content, and social content for leading brands. You’ll also play a key role in agency growth through account expansion, client retention, and identifying opportunities for deeper creative partnerships. Responsibilities Leading day-to-day communication and relationship management across a portfolio of brand accounts. Serving as a trusted strategic partner to clients, understanding their business goals and identifying opportunities for creative growth. Overseeing creative projects from kickoff to final asset delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are managed effectively. Collaborating closely with internal creative teams and external partners to ensure projects are executed smoothly and at a high standard. Managing account health and proactively solving problems before they arise. Facilitating clear and consistent communication across both internal teams and client-facing projects, leading meetings, and keeping all stakeholders aligned. Supporting growth within existing accounts through exceptional client service and strategic thinking. Qualifications 5–7 years of experience working at a creative agency, production studio, or media company. Outstanding communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced creative environment. Excitement about building long-term client relationships and growing accounts. Strong understanding of and interest in social media, branding, creative strategy, and content creation. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and personalities simultaneously. Interest in video production and being on-set for shoots (big and small). Familiarity with systems like HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Google Suite, and Frame.io. Curiosity about creative AI and an interest in how it can support account growth, creative workflows, and new business opportunities.
