Position duties: - Responsible for coordinating management aspects of the restaurant. - Maintain or exceed service levels and philosophy set by Teleferic Barcelona standards. Work with the culinary team to execute flawless dining experiences for our guests. - Ensure that all dining experiences are quick and efficient and meet set and expected time requirements that have been set to ensure satisfaction. - Solve any problems during service and interact with guests while in service. - Develop and implement restaurant strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the customer. - Control labor and increase employee engagement. We are looking for a passionate professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar fine dining restaurant. The candidate should be willing to relocate to San Francisco and able to successfully manage a restaurant team. The candidate should be fluent in Spanish and in English.
