Job Title: Kitchen Staff Company: Hillside Resort Location: Wentworth, SD (Lake Madison) Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Available Job Description: Hillside Resort is seeking dependable and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our team. This position plays a vital role in food preparation, kitchen organization, and maintaining quality and consistency in every dish served. We are looking for individuals who work well in a fast-paced environment, take pride in their work, and contribute to a strong team culture. Key Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Prep ingredients and stock kitchen stations Support line cooks and kitchen leadership as needed Assist with dishwashing and closing duties when required Maintain proper food storage and labeling procedures Work efficiently during high-volume service periods Qualifications Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to work evenings and weekends Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to stand for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs Food safety certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Schedule & Compensation Hours will vary depending on season and business demand.
