Accounting Clerk
We're looking for an experienced, friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk. This role will include data entry, schedule balancing, some accounts receivable and payable, and assists in quality control for our document retention program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete accounting entries and assist with other clerical tasks
- Balance and maintain accounting schedules
- Auditing electronic documents for accuracy to meet our retention parameters
Requirements:
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking skills to investigate accounting tracking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Advanced computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Previous experience in automotive accounting (especially utilizing Reynolds & Reynolds) is preferred.
