Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with experience in accounts payable processes to support high-volume data entry and invoice processing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain accuracy while meeting strict deadlines and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable exceptions, invoices, and payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform high-volume data entry from multiple sources into internal systems and databases
- Ensure all entries meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards
- Review and verify data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Support daily operations to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of financial transactions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related financial processes
- 2+ years of high-volume data entry experience with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, or SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Position is 100% onsite Monday - Friday.
