Supervises the front of house operation and staff for select dining venues on assigned shift./ppKey Job Functions:/pulliDirects the daily work activities of assigned personnel within the dining facility./liliEnsures venue product and dining experience surprises and delights the guests./liliSolicits and responds to guest feedback by direct interaction./liliImmediately addresses service issues and follows-up to ensure guest satisfaction./liliConducts service education program, coaches, develops and leads staff in proper performance of duties./liliLeads by creating a positive, supportive work environment./liliCommunicates and cooperates with the food production management team./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpEducation and/or Experience:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required./liliCollege degree in culinary arts, hospitality or hotel management preferred./liliPrevious supervisory experience in high volume restaurant industry preferred./liliMinimum of 3-5 years experience in food and beverage required./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliExcellent verbal and written communication skills required./liliExcellent problem solving and critical thinking skills required./liliMust have a professional experience, be able to lead people and be a team player./liliAbility to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business/li/ulpWork Environment:/pulliMust be able to work independently./liliMust be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time (minimum of four hours)./liliDemonstrates a sense of urgency while performing tasks and meeting deadlines./liliMust be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino; from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator./liliMust be able to lift, carry and/or push a minimum of 40 lbs./liliMust be able to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, turn, push, pull, grasp objects and the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment./liliMust be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights./liliMust be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed./li/ulpDisclaimer This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts or working conditions associated with the job.
