Shipping Lead

Overview Wasatch Labs is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the receiving support team, warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving activities. The role focuses on organizing the team, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting inventory control. Responsibilities Receive materials from suppliers and deliver to the proper locations. Load and unload trucks using a forklift. Interface with shipping and receiving personnel to ensure timely deliveries. Assist with inventory control as needed. Back up ship and receiving duties, including pulling orders and putting away products. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Customer focus, dependability, teamwork, coordination, organization, and time management. Documentation and data entry skills; reporting and inventory control. Equipment maintenance and basic computer skills. Ability to prioritize and manage workflow with minimal supervision. Minimum Requirements Good driving record and forklift experience. Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Ability to work extended periods, including overtime and weekends. Physical Demands and Work Environment The role requires regular talking/listening, use of hands and fingers, and the ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level is usually moderate.
