Distribution Associate

Location: Redlands, CA
Schedule: 2nd shift — 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (On-site)
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Type: W2 Contract | Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Openings: 5

Job Overview

We’re hiring  Distribution Associates to support warehouse operations, including case picking and material movement using powered equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate  case picking using pick tickets/labels
• Use  handheld scanners / RF devices
• Operate warehouse equipment (as assigned), including electric pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment
• Follow SOPs and quality/safety guidelines
• Maintain basic records related to inventory movement/operations

Required Experience (must be on resume)

• 2+ years operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
• Strong, accurate  case picking experience
• Comfortable reading pick tickets/labels and using  RF scanners/handheld devices

Additional Requirements

• Drug test required
• Safety shoes required
• Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment (standing/walking, bending, reaching, pushing/pulling)
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with moderate-to-loud noise and exposure to temperature changes (hot summers / cold winters)

Education

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• If no diploma/GED, 2+ years applicable experience required
