Hospitality Manager

Role Description The Hospitality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Voorhees, NJ, responsible for overseeing the overall guest and resident experience within the healthcare center. This role ensures that hospitality standards are consistently met, including the quality of customer service, atmosphere, and daily interactions with residents, families, and visitors. The Hospitality Manager coordinates with nursing, admissions, dietary, and activities teams to provide a seamless, concierge-style experience and to promptly resolve concerns or service issues. Day-to-day tasks include supervising hospitality staff, supporting food and beverage service in common areas, managing special events and resident activities, and monitoring feedback to improve service delivery. The role also involves training team members on hospitality best practices, maintaining high professional standards, and contributing to a warm, resort-like environment aligned with Autumn Lake Healthcare’s values. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.
