Requirements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data collection, data entry, or administrative support.
• 1+ years of experience handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Ability to learn new databases quickly and work independently.
• Keen attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; conveys information accurately, listens actively, and asks clarifying questions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commitment to confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and mandated reporting.
• Ability to work in person and collaboratively with program staff and diverse communities.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with Salesforce or ECM (Exponent Case Management) systems.
• Exposure to San Francisco social services database systems such as CMS
• 1+ years of nonprofit experience, particularly in social services or community programs.
• Experience supporting staff training or providing informal technical guidance.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, or another language spoken by program participants.
