Role Description This full-time Studio Manager role is an on-site position located in Chalfont, PA. The Studio Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including ensuring exceptional customer experiences, supervising staff, and maintaining a positive and motivated team environment. Responsibilities include managing schedules, meeting sales goals, organizing studio operations, fostering member retention, and implementing company initiatives at the local level. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with members and address their needs effectively. Experience in team leadership and motivating staff to achieve team goals. Sales skills to drive membership growth and meet revenue targets. Organizational and project management skills to oversee studio operations and implement initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the fitness community and customer satisfaction. Prior experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus.
