Responsibilities Motivate a sales team. Address members, employees, vendors, and visitors by name and make personal connections. Resolve problems promptly and ensure member experiences are positive. Recognize and celebrate member milestones. Set and exceed sales goals. Oversee daily studio operations, balancing big‑picture strategy with detail‑oriented management.
