Operations Coordinator - Dispatch

Logistics Coordinator MSS, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Logistics Coordinator to support our Account Executive team and their external contractors who provide various logistic services. The Logistics Coordinator will confirm all services requested are properly carried out with respect to time parameters, technical procedures, customer service and pricing. This position requires highly organized coordination, rapid response follow‑up, superior problem‑solving skills and creativity to satisfy both customer needs and MSS business requirements in a high‑volume work environment. Location Montgomeryville, PA Job Id 268 Number of Openings 1 Essential Functions and Responsibilities Prioritize orders and select approved service providers to fulfill each order. Communicate specific order requirements with providers and schedule services. Analyze cost of services and assign appropriate pricing as required. Document and enter order information and complete all required paperwork. Confirm appointments and services while responding to any issues. Adjust daily orders and provide work schedules as needed in a timely manner. Establish and maintain positive relationships with primary service specialists. Research and engage new service providers as needed using a variety of resources. Conduct and record customer feedback surveys. Update and maintain the service provider database as changes occur. Requirements At least one year of experience in work scheduling, dispatching or high‑volume customer service is desired. Logistics coordination experience is highly valued. Must be able to work core hours of Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm or 9:00 am‑6:00 pm EST. Basic math skills needed to determine job costing, discounting and calculating profit margins. Ability to obtain detailed knowledge of services and technical applications. Strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively from home. In‑office and hybrid options are available. Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Computer proficiency in MS Office is required; advanced MS Excel skills are preferred. Ability to work in a team environment is mandatory. Ability to interact daily with both clients and contractors on problem‑solving is mandatory. A quiet, designated workstation free from distractions is required to ensure focus and productivity in a remote environment. Bilingual, Spanish speaking is a plus.
