Corporate Associate Attorney (4–6 Years) Location: Austin, TX Compensation: $310,000–$390,000 Bonus Direct Counsel represents an AmLaw firm seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its Corporate & Securities practice. This team advises innovative companies across technology and life sciences on sophisticated corporate transactions and business matters.
