Director Of OperationsMantech seeks a mission-driven and detail-oriented Director of Operations to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:The Director of Operations plans, directs, and coordinates the operations of public and private sector organizations while overseeing multiple departments and locations.Formulate high-level policies and manage the daily operations of complex networks involving diverse human and material resources.You will act as the principal authority for coordinating through subordinate supervisors to achieve mission-critical organizational objectives.The Director of Operations serves as the principal lead for theater-wide logistics operations and strategic sustainment planning within the priority theater.Authorize the synchronization of multi-domain logistics services to ensure sustained combat power in contested environments.Approve complex operational frameworks and serve as the final authority for resolving high-priority logistics gaps and mission constraints.Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience.Must demonstrate strategic experience in formal document approval and acting as the functional lead for program-level operational deliverables.Must possess expert-level proficiency in joint theater distribution and theater campaign plan requirements.Preferred Qualifications:MA/MS in a related field and 15+ years of position-relevant experience.PMP certification.Extensive experience directing logistics operations for USSOCOM or USINDOPACOM at the senior staff level (O-5/O-6 or equivalent) is highly desired.Clearance Requirements:Must hold an active TS/SCI clearancePhysical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.Group id: RTX14564a
