Sales Support Intern - Solar Trackers (North America Market)

Position Overview

EOSOL Group is seeking a Sales Support Intern to support the North America commercial team within the utility-scale solar industry.

This role will provide operational and administrative support to Sales and Sales Engineering teams, ensuring proper organization, follow-up, and preparation of commercial and technical information.

The position is ideal for candidates interested in gaining experience in an international and fast-paced renewable energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Information Management

• Update and maintain databases of clients, projects, and opportunities.
• Ensure commercial information is accurate and properly organized.
• Manage and control technical and commercial documentation versions.

Documentation & Presentation Support

• Prepare and update commercial presentations and technical documents.
• Support proposal formatting and datasheet preparation.
• Organize files and maintain documentation traceability.

Operational Support

• Assist with internal follow-up of sales activities and action items.
• Prepare internal status reports for the sales team.
• Draft meeting minutes and track assigned tasks.

Sales Team Support

• Research utility-scale solar projects in North America.
• Update project references and standard sales materials.
• Execute operational tasks with accuracy and confidentiality. 

Required Profile

Education

• Active student or recent graduate in:
• Engineering
• Business Administration
• International Business
• Economics
• Related fields

Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint .
• Strong organizational and information management skills.
• Interest in renewable energy or industrial sectors.

• Spanish: Native
