THE JOB

As a Database Coordinator , you will serve as a key strategic asset within the Casino Marketing Team , leveraging advanced data analytics to optimize marketing performance, enhance targeting accuracy, and maximize campaign ROI. In this role, you will analyze comprehensive customer datasets to extract actionable business intelligence, directly driving highly segmented, personalized marketing initiatives that elevate the guest experience and strengthen brand loyalty.

THE DAY‑TO‑DAY

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels to attract and retain casino patrons. Analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics to generate insights, optimize strategies, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Develop engaging content for promotional materials, email campaigns, and website updates to enhance the casino’s brand and offerings. Program kiosk promotions each month, ensure they are appearing accurately, and troubleshoot as needed. Work closely and collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

6+ months of analysing data, identifying trends, and driving actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies and campaigns, or prior relevant experience. Has an innovative mindset with a knack for creating compelling content and promotional materials that capture the attention of diverse audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate both verbally and in written form, and can collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Possesses excellent organisational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines. Comfortable with multi‑tasking, pivoting, troubleshooting, and working in a fast‑paced environment. Strong comfortability with utilising Microsoft Office and office equipment such as a copier, scanner, etc.

PAY $29.00 This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
