What We're Looking For
- Active Real Estate License (or currently completing the required licensing course)
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Available full-time, including weekends
- Basic computer skills and reliable transportation
