The Service Technician will perform critical roles in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical equipment for both residential and commercial clients. This role requires a reliable, professional individual with a clean driving record and a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (N.E.C.). The technician will work locally within a small team, providing excellent customer service, career focus and demonstrating Self-education, Integrity and Pride.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment for residential and commercial systems
• Troubleshoot electrical system issues efficiently and accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
• Ensure compliance with N.E.C. regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with small team members
• Travel locally to job sites within the service area

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electrical service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Thorough knowledge of National Electrical Code (N.E.C.) requirements
• Proficiency using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong skills in electrical system repair
• Effective customer communication and time management abilities
• Reliable, professional, and demonstrates integrity in all work
• Must be well groomed
