Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Profession: Nursing Specialty: Long Term Care (LTC) Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: At least two years of SNF/LTC experience License: State License Certifications: BLS (AHA or American Red Cross) Must-Have: Covid Vaccine RequiredPrescribes and adheres to the core values in all personal and professional interactions while on duty in and around the facility. Demonstrates exceptional customer service by embodying core principles of care, service, and luxury in all job duties and responsibilities. Under the supervision of the Unit Manager or designated nursing authority, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents or patients for the duration of the shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. Adheres to the standards of care for the area, manages the environment to maintain resident or patient safety, and supervises care activities performed by nursing assistants and helpers. Follows all facility policies and procedures. Performs duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act.
