Client Overview: Our client, a property accounting firm in the Florham Park Area, is growing rapidly and hiring for a Property Accountant to join their team! Salary/Hourly Rate: $135 - $150k Position Overview: The Property Accountant will join an existing team of 8 staff and be instrumental in the daily commercial real estate accounting activities. Responsibilities of the Property Accountant: The Property Accountant will manage the property and tax return accounting. Assist with the month and quarter-end close. Process the CAM reconciliations monthly. Perform journal entries and financial reporting as necessary. Oversight of the AP and AR invoicing. Required Experience/Skills for the Property Accountant: The Property Accountant will have 6+ years of experience. Strong commercial real estate experience. Proficiency in Excel and Yardi.
