Supervisor - Condominium Janitorial

Job Description

Supervisor de Limpieza - Edificio de Condominio - Áreas Públicas.
Ubicación : Zip Code - 33128.

Horario: 40 horas semanales, 6 días a la semana.

Pago: Semanal.

Responsabilidades:

Trabajar áreas asignadas del edificio.
Supervisar al personal de acuerdo con las obligaciones contractuales.
Trabajar con el Gerente de Operaciones de C&E, también el Gerente de Edificios y el Jefe de Mantenimiento.
Mantener el edificio en condiciones limpias, seguras y ordenadas.
Mantener la profesionalidad en un entorno residencial.

Requerimientos:

Experiencia en el cuidado de mármol, alfombras y vinilo.
Servicios de limpieza expertos.
Experiencia en operación de construcción de condominios, servicio al cliente.
Habilidades de comunicación.
Autorización de trabajo de EE. UU.
Experiencia en la supervisión y gestión de varios empleados bajo su supervisión directa.

Working on assigned areas of the building.
Supervise personnel according to contractual obligations.
Work with the C&E Operations Manager, the Building Manager & Chief of Maintenance.
Maintain a building in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
Maintain professionalism in a residential environment.

Requirements:

Marble, carpet, and vinyl care experience.
Expert janitorial services.
Condominium building operation experience, customer service.
Communication skills.
U.S. Work authorization.
Experience in supervising and managing multiple employees under your direct supervision.
