Maintenance Supervisor

Montgomery County Educational Service Center is a premier provider of high quality, cost effective, special education services in Ohio. We serve 16 public school districts in our county and more than 130 educational entities across Ohio.

Lead and oversee building and grounds operations to ensure safe, clean, and accessible facilities.

Supervise, evaluate, and train assigned staff; support professional development.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and emergency preparedness standards.

Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance for facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Assist with facility planning, renovations, and construction projects; monitor vendor/contractor performance.

Manage day-to-day custodial work, including landscaping, snow removal, and event support.

Support budget management, procurement, and resource allocation.

Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation, and reporting systems.

High school diploma or GED; experience in facilities management.

Leadership experience supervising staff and managing building operations.

Knowledge of safety, health, and emergency preparedness standards.

Experience coordinating maintenance, repairs, and construction projects.

Ability to manage budgets, procurement, and resources.

Strong organizational skills and professionalism.

Record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
