As a Dishwasher at Bonrue, you'll do more than clean dishes—you'll create the conditions for excellence. Our pastry chefs, baristas, and prep teams rely on you to keep everything spotless, stocked, and ready for the rush.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and equipment by hand or machine
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dish area at all times
• Monitor water temperature and cleanliness for health and safety
• Manage trash removal and kitchen sanitation routines
• Restock tableware and kitchen tools quickly and efficiently
• Track detergent and cleaning supplies—never run out when we need them most
• Support teammates in any area that needs a hand
• Alert the Kitchen Manager to any issues with equipment or dish machines

• Communicate clearly and show up reliably
• Are willing to get certified (Food Handler's, ServSafe) if not already
• Are 16+ years old (restaurant experience a plus)
