How You'll Make An Impact Under direct supervision provides clerical and administrative support to field offices. Processes data, generates routine reports and provides direct support to claim representatives. Maintains office records, appointment calendars and travel itineraries. Other duties include but are not limited to answering telephones, filing, mail processing, document scanning, letter and other document preparation. About You Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED. At least one year of office work experience. Working knowledge of current business software such as Word and Excel. Preferred qualifications: Above average verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated competence in reading and basic mathematics. Ability to maintain strict confidence regarding information contained in assigned work. Ability to professionally interact with all levels of branch personnel, as well as clients, vendors and all other office visitors. Compensation And Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
