PRN PharmacistCentral Texas Neurology Consultants is the premier provider of Neurological services in the greater Central Texas region. CTNC has been in practice for over 20 years and serves more than 10,000 people. Our on-site pharmacy and infusion center provides first-class, compassion focused care to patients receiving infusion therapy.We are seeking a PRN Pharmacist to oversee operations at our in-office pharmacy. This role is ideal for a highly responsible and detail-oriented pharmacist who can provide leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and support safe and efficient medication services on an as-needed basis.This role will be the primary pharmacist responsible for the pharmacy's day-to-day operations, compliance, and clinical oversight while collaborating with providers and staff in a clinical office setting.Qualifications:Active pharmacist license in Texas, in good standing.Eligible and willing to be designated as Pharmacist in Charge.PharmD preferred (BS Pharm considered).Minimum 1 years of pharmacy experience in healthcare-management role in specialty pharmacy or infusion pharmacy is preferred.Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulatory requirements.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work independently in a satellite/solo pharmacist setting.Knowledge & Skills:Proficient with pharmacy software systems (CareTend)Working knowledge of specialty pharmacy accreditation process.Competent in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)Strong leadership skills to engage teams in quality improvement initiativesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Work Environment & Location: This position will be on-site at the in-office pharmacy.
