PM Shift - Full-Time

$10,000 Sign on Bonus!! for PM Shift

Incentives & Compensation:

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Full-Time on PM Shift
• Low staffing ratios = better care and less burnout
• $3 Shift Differential for PM shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Support resident care plans and clinical documentation
• Lead and guide CNA staff
• Promote resident safety and comfort
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Active RN License in Wisconsin
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for caring for the aging population
• New graduates strongly encouraged to apply!
