We know that when homeowners call us, it’s usually a sensitive time for them, which is why we treat them with respect and compassion and ensure properties get back to their pre-loss condition. Responsibilities:

Manage all assigned jobs from start to completion while maintaining a level of service excellence to all parties involved. All our technicians must pass thorough background checks and drug tests to ensure the safety of our customers and their property.

Providing an excellent All Dry level of Customer Service includes but not limited to:

• Available to respond to emergencies 24/7
• What we do is physical, you must be able to work with your hands, lift at least 75 lbs. and be able to work on your feet for prolonged periods of time
• Executing the work while delivering relentless customer service.
• Documenting all tasks: Write, monitor and complete all jobs within our current CRM as well as estimating software.
• Using common math skills taught in training such as square foot calculations, linear foot calculations, etc.
• Willingness to continually learn and strive to improve
• Demonstrating the ability to work safely and holding other team members accountable to do the same
• Communicating clearly, you will be interacting with customers, coworkers and adjusters
• Be approachable and professional

Tasks performed daily or weekly:

• Clock in / Clock out
• Pre-Job truck prep
• Assist on water or mold remediation based on assigned job
• Clean equipment
• Keep a clean service vehicle
• Any other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager
• Wear uniform to all jobs
• Ensure all job documentation is completed on time
• Any other tasks assigned

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (weekends depending on customer needs)
• Overtime opportunities
• On call pay (scheduled)

Experience:

• 1 year (preferred but not required) in restoration or construction/demolition
• 1-3 years customer service experience in any industry

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour dependent on experience

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
