Dealership Accountant 1 Location: Wexford, PA Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What You’ll Do General ledger posting of new and used car deals Schedule reviews and maintenance Account coding and processing of vendor invoices Accounting for manufacturer monies RDR and rebate reconciliations Other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration Critical thinking and time management Attention to detail and urgency Effective written and verbal communication Active listening and initiative-taking Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., COA, debits/credits) Ability to research and resolve variances Entry to mid-level computer and office skills Benefits The full salary range for this position is $35,000–55,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay for this role is $20–25, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
