Competitive hourly pay $24–$40+ with potential for premium pay opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) match Generous PTO and paid time off for work-life balance Professional development, clinical ladder programs, and educational opportunities Inclusive, mission‑driven team culture with a focus on dignity, integrity, and compassion Stable, faith‑based nonprofit healthcare environment serving local communities Job Details / Responsibilities: Perform treatments and provide exercise instruction and demonstration for patients according to established plans of care Assist the supervising Physical Therapist during patient evaluations, testing, and complex procedures Carry out programs of corrective exercise, therapeutic activities, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient mobility and function Monitor patient progress, document treatment sessions accurately, and communicate changes to the supervising therapist Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and self‑management strategies Maintain equipment, ensure a clean and safe treatment environment, and comply with all regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated, high‑quality patient care Participate in departmental quality improvement and continuing education activities Qualifications: Active Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) license in Texas required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current BLS certification required New graduates welcome; 1+ years of experience preferred (inpatient or outpatient) Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work full‑time schedule with potential varied shifts or weekends as needed Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
