Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in technical sales activities within a dynamic market. Join our client, a globally recognized manufacturer specializing in dosing components and filling systems for semi and fully-automated production plants and assembly processes. Renowned for their commitment to precision, reliability, and cutting-edge technology, our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager to contribute to their success. This role offers a remote base with travel requirements, commencing with initial training in Atlanta, GA, and Germany.

Responsibilities:

Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company's customer base through client acquisition activities within your designated territory.
Work remotely across various regions, with home offices located in Colorado, Texas, Michigan, Georgia, and Massachusetts.
Support the design and development of complex technical dispensing solutions across high-tech industries such as automotive, electronics, 3D printing, aerospace, etc.
Collaborate with a technical engineering team in both the US and Germany.
Develop new business with electronic, automotive components, 3D printing, aerospace, material manufacturers, and machine integrator customers in the defined territory.
Manage internal and external project management.
Generate quotes and provide customer support.
Attend relevant trade shows throughout the year.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical engineering, process engineering, mechatronics, etc.) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of technical sales experience, with dispensing experience preferred. Extensive training at our headquarters in Germany will be provided.
The ideal candidate is an engineer with technical sales experience, particularly in automation technology.
Proficiency in all standard MS programs.
CRM experience, with Salesforce preferred.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
