Administer medications and provide treatments according to physician orders. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care. Supervise and support nursing staff, including LPNs and STNAs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure continuity of care. Perform all routine nursing duties under the direction of the Unit Manager. Carry out any additional job duties as assigned. Qualifications of an RN: Must have an active RN license in the state of Ohio . Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
