Marketing Specialist

Location: Syracuse, NY (Onsite with flexibility for a hybrid schedule) EverPeak Recruitment is conducting an exclusive search for a Marketing Specialist for a well-established organization in the Syracuse area. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategy with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment, while taking ownership of high‑impact marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Prepare and coordinate RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and client presentations using Adobe InDesign. Maintain the company website and support digital marketing and social media initiatives. Develop marketing collateral, PowerPoint presentations, and business development materials. Coordinate marketing campaigns, award submissions, events, and branding initiatives. Track marketing metrics and maintain marketing information systems. Partner with leadership to support strategic marketing efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of marketing experience. Strong experience with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint. Photoshop, WordPress, Squarespace, and graphic design experience are a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience supporting technical, engineering, or other professional services organizations is preferred.
