Position Overview: The Front Desk/Rover supports the property by managing all resident and visitor operations, cordially and professionally answering questions, and patrolling the property. This is a part time role--the schedule is Sat/Sun 11:00pm to 7:00am

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Patrol:

• Conduct regular patrols of the condominium premises on foot or using a designated rover vehicle
• Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems to detect and respond to any suspicious activities.
• Collaborate with other personnel to maintaining a secure environment.

Access Control:

• Verify and control access to the condominium property, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Issue visitor passes and maintain accurate records of individuals entering and leaving the premises.
• Respond promptly to access control alarms

Emergency Response:

• Act and respond quickly in case of emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches.
• Implement emergency procedures and protocols to ensure

Customer Service:

• Assist residents and visitors with inquiries and requests courteously
• Provide information on condominium policies and procedures

Maintenance and Reporting:

• Conduct routine inspections of common areas to identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Report any malfunctioning security equipment and assist in its resolution.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, management, and other security personnel.
• Provide clear reports on incidents, activities, and any security-related issues.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with property management, maintenance staff, and other relevant personnel to address security and safety concerns.
• Participate in training sessions and drills to enhance skills and preparedness.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Proficient with Microsoft MS programs; Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Must have strong time management skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift to 30 lbs
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
