Growth Marketer [In Person, SF]

Recall.ai's ICP is founders, product teams, and engineering teams, and we create content on the internet to reach them. Examples of content we've created so far: Our Linkedin account creates startup content for founders, driving 20M+ impressions in the last 8 months. We write blogs for our engineering audience that go viral on Hacker News. We recently started creating content on Twitter for our engineering audience, with one of our posts reaching over 1M impressions. This is an incredibly important role because creating content is how we get the majority of our self-serve sign ups today. What You'll Do You’ll create content for our ICP on our social media channels (Linkedin, Twitter, Reddit, etc) and communities where our ICP congregates. Today, the content we create is primarily written, but may expand to other mediums as well. Create content on: Sales. Our founder ICP is very interested in this topic. Startups. Our founder ICP is very interested in this topic. Interesting engineering challenges at Recall.ai. Our engineering ICP is very interested in this topic. Build flashy demos using Recall.ai to evangelize the product. Amplify product launches on our social media channels. Optimize content for sign up conversions. What It Will Be Like Huge impact. You’ll have a major role in building the company culture. You get to evolve the marketing motion from the strong foundation we’ve already built. No bureaucracy. You’ll own and drive every initiative you work on from start to finish. We fully trust you. Massive growth opportunities. And not just on the marketing side. If you need something more predictable, this is not the right fit. You’re not excited about writing. You won’t be able to succeed in this role unless you love to write a good story. Your Qualifications Strong writing skills. At least 3 years of experience working in startups. A lot of content we create is for startup founders, so having the context of what it's like working at a startup is critical. Sales and marketing experience Bonus points: Previous experience at a Series A or Series B startup.
