Global Executive Tax & Compensation Senior Manager

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee tax aspects of equity compensation, deferred compensation, 409A, and related areas. You will lead complex analyses under ASC 718/740, advise on payroll taxes, and support individual and corporate returns with strong client communication. The role requires 8+ years in compensation and benefits tax, CPA or JD preferred, and proficiency with Excel/Access and tax tools. A Master’s in Taxation is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr BDO USA
