Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations to protect client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic patient care and integrated treatment approaches.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, enhance clinical practice, and support continuous professional development.

• Educate patients and families about mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources to optimize health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
