Join Our Team as a Host at Black Cow!
Are you someone who loves creating a welcoming environment and thrives on making others feel at home? Scratch Kitchen, known for serving fresh, delicious burgers daily, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Host to join our team. If you’re ready to be the first smile our guests see and help set the tone for a great dining experience, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do as a Host As the face of Black Cow, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Managing reservations and seating guests promptly and efficiently.
- Answering questions about our menu and restaurant.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Communicating with the team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with take out orders.
What We’re Looking For No prior experience? No problem! We’re more interested in your attitude and enthusiasm than your résumé. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A positive, approachable personality and excellent communication skills.
- A knack for staying organized and calm in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who’s ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
- A passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Must have weekends and nights available.
