As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process. Your main responsibilities will include filling client orders with quality candidates and ensuring their smooth transition to the job site. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic approach to identify and recruit skilled candidates, often with urgency. You’ll work closely with the HR, Payroll, and related departments to ensure accurate completion of required documentation. While being a productive individual contributor, you’ll also collaborate effectively with team members to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Process employee applications and complete all new hire paperwork, including Employment Applications, Form I-9, Form W-4, Direct Deposit forms, Health Benefits enrollment, and Client Onboarding Documents.

• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate records, generate reports, and complete onboarding.

• Use recruiting tools including job boards, text messaging platforms, and other sourcing resources.

• Conduct pre-employment screenings, including background checks, drug tests, reference checks, and certification verification.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive recruiting.

• Network and develop relationships to identify top talent.

• Create accurate, compliant job descriptions.

• Review resumes, conduct phone screens and interviews, and assist candidates with resume preparation when needed.

• Write candidate submittal summaries highlighting qualifications and experience.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing interview coaching when appropriate.

• Present job offers and negotiate employment terms when necessary.

• Support payroll by collecting, reconciling, and distributing employee hours.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, in-house recruiting, or customer service preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts professionally.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Teams, and general computer applications.

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and make sound hiring recommendations based on client needs.

Pay

$19.00 – $21.00 per hour

+ Commission & Bonus Opportunities

Schedule

Full Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
