As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients. Our 75-year track record is a testament to our success in building long-term valued partnerships with our clients.Responsibilities:Identify new leads, contacts, and potential business opportunitiesConduct research on companies and industries to identify key decision-makers and potential clientsGenerate new leads and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospectsEngage in outbound prospecting activities, including cold call and email outreach, to schedule appointments and generate interest in our products and servicesCollaborate with the sales and senior management team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targetsAnalyze prospect requirements and needs to understand how Company's products and services can be applied to meet those requirement/needsRecord all business and sales activity in Company databases and complete required activity reportsStay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunitiesProvide feedback to the product development team on ZoomInfo's features and functionalitiesQualifications/CompensationRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field1+ year of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or general businessExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of sales processes and methodologiesCompensation: Base salary with generous success-based compensation incentive plan.
