Strategic Customer Success Manager

Owning and executing the global strategy for a select portfolio of multi-market enterprise agency accounts, the full-time Strategic Customer Success Manager will operate as a trusted advisor to facilitate commercial success, revenue growth, and long-term value realization while working remotely or from one of the company's hubs. Key responsibilities Facilitate proactive contract renewals and generate new business leads within existing parent organizations or across business units Establish trusted relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders to align strategic business goals and influence product development Orchestrate long-term value realization and facilitate seamless regional product rollout and adoption frameworks in collaboration with Product teams Required qualifications 3+ years of Media Agency experience in a client-facing role Deep understanding of the MarTech/AdTech landscape and media agency holding company ecosystem Experience in B2B SaaS Account Management or Customer Success managing large, complex enterprise or global client accounts Demonstrated ability to secure commercial success, including navigating complex contract negotiations and growth strategies A strategic mindset with the ability to transition between high-level planning and tactical execution of regional rollouts
