About Strawberry.me Strawberry.me is a coaching platform on a mission to make coaching accessible. We connect coaches with clients who are actively investing in their careers and lives — and we handle everything that isn't coaching, so you can focus on what you do best: coaching. The Role As a Strawberry.me coach, you'll lead 1:1 virtual video sessions with clients who are genuinely committed to growth, supported by our platform and coaching tools between calls. This is a contract role with flexible hours — you set your own schedule. What You'll Do Coach clients 1:1 in virtual video sessions, with support between sessions Work with people genuinely committed to growth in their careers and lives Use our platform and coaching tools to deliver focused, high-impact sessions What You'll Need Coach training (completed) At least 50 hours of coaching experience Career coaching experience Based in and authorized to work in the United States (we're not able to accept international applicants at this time) Strong communication and active listening skills Comfortable coaching over video You’ll Thrive Here If You… Genuinely believe coaching should be accessible to more people Want to spend your time coaching, not chasing leads or managing admin Like the idea of a caseload that's matched to you based on client outcomes, not sales calls Why Coaches Join Us Build a caseload fast. We're currently seeing high client volume, so new coaches ramp up quickly. Your first 5-10 matches are prioritized, and ongoing matching stays strong for coaches with positive client outcomes (engagement, next-session booking rate, satisfaction ratings, etc.) No marketing, no sales, no admin. If you've run a private practice, you know how much time goes into chasing leads, managing billing, and handling logistics — often for very few clients.
