What You'll Do

• Transcribe audio recordings into accurate, properly formatted written text
• Navigate a variety of accents, speaking speeds, and audio quality levels with patience and precision
• Apply consistent formatting, punctuation, and style guidelines across all transcriptions
• Flag unclear or inaudible segments and note speaker changes where relevant
• Meet quality benchmarks and turnaround targets for each assigned batch
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• A strong, attentive listener who picks up on nuance and detail
• Accurate and efficient typist comfortable working at pace
• Patient when working through challenging audio — accents, background noise, overlapping speakers
• Able to follow structured guidelines and apply them consistently
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior transcription or AI experience required

• Prior experience with transcription tools or audio software
