Compensation: $80 - $105/hr Your compensation offer will be calculated according to your skills, experience, and qualifications. Quick Facts:

• 16-hour shifts
• Average daily census: 9 11 (NICU/Nursery)
• Approximately 1,250 annual deliveries
• Daytime collaboration with neonatologists on-site
• Nighttime in-house coverage neonatologist on call with 30-min response
• Attendance at deliveries required
• Education of RN/RT teams as volume and acuity increase
• NRP certification required
