Mentor and train incoming staff, setting a high standard for care and ensuring every team member feels supported from day one. Support the care team by acting as a hands-on technical resource, stepping in to perform clinical duties alongside your peers when needed. Ensure clinical excellence by monitoring workflows and compliance, protecting the safety of our patients and the integrity of our practice. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Case Manager credentialed from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) preferred. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required. What additional preferences we\'re seeking Minimum 1 year acute care Charge RN experience on a Mother-Baby Unit required.
