Security Officer - Downtown Tower

Allied Universal is hiring Unarmed Patrol Officers for a commercial real estate location. Officers monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Fri: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sat: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sun: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, including building common areas, parking facilities, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
