Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a detail-driven Clinical Specialist to join a fast-paced, remote clinical support team. If you have a strong eye for accuracy, enjoy working with data, and have a background in pharmacy or healthcare-this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Position Details

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Schedule Options:

• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (EST)

• 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (EST)

Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home)

What You'll Do

• Create and submit adverse event (AE) and product complaint (PC) reports

• Perform detailed quality checks (QC) for accuracy, grammar, drug names, and manufacturers

• Communicate with clinicians to resolve discrepancies or missing information

• Identify and track missing AE/PC reports and ensure proper submission

• Maintain and submit weekly/monthly reconciliation reports to clients

• Support clinical auditing efforts by identifying trends and reporting issues

• Assist with additional tasks as needed in a collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced computer proficiency, including Excel

• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities

• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

• Ability to type quickly and accurately (data entry heavy role)

• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Pharmacy, healthcare, or clinical background

• Pharmacy Technician experience

• Oncology experience (a plus!)
