Job Description The position will be based in Sunnyvale and will report in to the Global Talent Acquisition Director- R&D Responsibilities Manage end to end TA operations for a large product business group within Juniper. TA Partner for the product business group leaders. The client base would comprise of hiring managers, VPs and SVPs of the product groups. Build an environment of trust with the business leaders through consistent results. Manage and develop a large TA team of recruiters, sourcers and coordinators. Plan, track and deliver high quality TA services against business plans and pre defined goals. Process excellence for the TA operations. Drive high quality selection and positive candidate experience practices. Qualifications 5+ years experience of managing TA in the high tech industry. Prior experience of partnering on TA with leaders at a VP level. Prior experience of managing large TA teams of more than 10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
